SALEWA Ortles Medium 2 RDS Down Jacket Men black out(black out)
The Ortles Medium 2 down jacket is a warm insulation layer for alpine mountaineering that combines down warmth with a minimum pack size. Whether as an insulating intermediate layer or as an outer layer, the 3D box-chamber construction, the filling with 730 cuin 90/10 RDS-certified (Responsible Down Standard) duck down and the TirolWool Celliant hybrid insulation inserts are positioned in such a way that the thermal insulation required in the different body zones is precisely regulated. TirolWool Celliant keeps you comfortably warm even in wet conditions, which is why Salewa uses it on the hood, shoulders and cuffs. The lightweight, abrasion-resistant nylon ripstop outer fabric is ideal for alpine activities. With adjustable hood at the back and high collar for maximum storm protection. The Free Motion cut construction and ergonomic sleeves and shoulders prevent the hem slipping up when climbing. Thanks to its compression pocket, the jacket can be packed up to save space.
TirolWool Celliant
Salewa uses regional, high alpine and fair trade wool, which offers superior heat regulation, breathability and insulating properties that stay even when wet. TirolWool is washed, brushed and dyed in Europe to reduce CO2 emissions and guarantee high quality standards for your jacket material. Celliant, a blend of 13 thermoreactive minerals, is incorporated into recycled polyester fibres and blended with TirolWool fibres to support the natural benefits of wool. TirolWool Celliant keeps you warm longer, supports your performance and helps you to recover faster.
